PROBLEM

The audit uncovers the savings, but the report sits on the shelf.

Lead Assessors possess the knowledge and uncover the evidence, across utility PDFs, sub-meter exports, supplier portals, and a rotating cast of tools that weren't built for the job. The audit identifies real savings. Then it's filed away as a PDF and nobody acts on it.

Phase 4 will produce around 10,000 of these reports inside a twelve-month window. Each one names energy conservation measures worth funding. Very few of these ECMs ever get the attention they deserve, lack of capital is the number one challenge.

The audit was never the problem. What happens after it is.

WHAT TADASH DOES

A verified record, built on trusted sources.

Tadash makes every figure verifiable against its source, and every audit structured enough to act on. Numbers, calculations and revisions are recorded and retrievable, and every recommendation is captured as a project, not a paragraph.

PRECISION

Numbers are right. Records are exact.

Tadash treats every figure as a piece of evidence, not an estimate. Source documents, calculations, and outputs all reconcile.

INTEGRITY

Verified against the source. Referenced to standard.

Every figure traces back to primary evidence, invoices, half-hourly data, meter reads, and reconciles against the government's published conversion factors. Nothing in the audit is taken on trust.

CLARITY

Clear to you. Clear to the client.

Every figure sits next to the evidence behind it, and the report the client receives is written to be read, not decoded. Their board can follow it without an expert in the room.

HOW IT WORKS

Five steps from kickoffto delivery.

The audit lifecycle in Tadash. Set up, collect, analyse, submit, finance.

STEP 01

Set up the audit.

Define the audit period, the qualifying organisation, and the sites in scope. Tadash structures the record before any data goes in, so every data point has a defined process to follow.

STEP 02

Collect evidence.

Upload utility bills, sub-meter exports, and supplier statements. Tadash links every figure to its source document with a timestamp, a hash, and an attribution. Verified evidence stays verified.

STEP 03

Analyse the data.

Calculate energy use intensity across every site and see where consumption concentrates against the ESOS significance threshold. Tadash ranks the opportunities by saving and confidence, turning verified evidence into a defensible set of recommendations.

STEP 04

Submit and deliver.

Sign off, submit to the regulator, and deliver the report to the client. Tadash keeps the audit live for the period of retention, so when a question comes back six months later, the answer is one click away.

STEP 05

Turn recommendations (ECMs) into projects.

Every energy conservation measure becomes a structured project record, payback, IRR, and carbon impact modelled and attributed to the evidence behind it. When a financing partner asks what's investment-ready, the answer is already a record, not a slide.

FOR CAPITAL PARTNERS

Standardised projects,ready to underwrite.

Capital can't underwrite what it can't measure. Tadash turns each audit's recommendations into machine-readable project records, same schema, same evidence trail, every time, so a pipeline of energy-efficiency projects becomes something a financing partner can assess at scale.
